What's up my loves?
It's been a long time since I've done a beauty post and I've been feeling the need to revive this section. My first back to beauty post is dedicated to the one and only house of Chanel.

THE NAIL POLISH

I finally understand the hype around the Chanel nail polishes. Priced around 25€, my expectation for these polishes are beyond and I hold them to a high standard. I wasn't let down. Long wear, before chipping. Two coats enough. What else can I ask for?
The Chanel Le Vernis 681 Fortissimo is a limited edition shade. I'm deeply in love with the dark blue shade, which reminds me of the galaxy. It's a strongly pigmented, deep blue and sparkles in the light on closer examination. I love that it only has a hint of sparkling accents to it, as the glitter is also deep blue.
Perfect for a night out...

THE EYESHADOW PALETTE

The palette includes a black, white, pink and light rose shade. Apart from the light pink shade all colors are true to their shade on my skin, which means A LOT  to me. Drugstore eyeshadows or makeup just goes white on me, because of their weak pigmentation. I think the pigmentation of this Chanel Le Ombres palette is alright and I can't complain. The shades are cute - perfect for a day look and the black perfect for a smokey eye.

THE EYELINER
Eyeliner that promises long wear, intensity and definition. What you need to know is that I'm the suckiest person to ever operate a liquid eyeliner. Mastered it using this wand which has a very thin precise brush. So you can too. Plus it's super vibrant on dark skin which means it's rich in pigmentation. I like!

Maybe I need post a make up look featuring all the products from above or are you more into product reviews/swatches? Or perhaps a mix of both?
