LETS TALK ABOUT BEAUTY...

Okay let's start by saying: truth is I have no idea of make up and beauty. Well obviously I know eyeliner is applied to the eyes and lipstick goes on the lips. duh..?! But if you start with setting spray, highlighter, AHA, primer and such you've lost me.

Press Days, Meek-N-Mild and Teetharejade have all peeked and revived my interest in beauty.
And also I'm constantly being gifted so much make up, it's almost rude to let it get dusty in my make up box. Honestly I don't remember the last time I bought something beauty related. 90% in my make up box is gifted. Such a shame to let it all go to waste. Therefore I want to do more make up. Sounds legit?!

I'm back from my trip to Lloret and it was pretty fun. I came home to a few new presents (will show you asap!), some really exciting news (more on that later) and a week filled with events. There is so much going on in Berlin end of this week and I can't wait for it all to begin. A quick glance at my timer, here's what's going on this week in B-Town.


Pull&Bear Opening



I've waited for this day, the day I need not browse online but can actually enter the store. I've been anticipating it so much that I did not enter a Pull & Bear store while in Spain last week to save this moment for Berlin. It's finally here this week and there will be a special treat for you guys on the day of the opening. You'll get 20% off all day.

Nelly High Heels Tour

The Nelly High Heels Tour is about to commence, which means nothing else than Shoes! Shoes! Shoes! It's officially girls night at Asphalt.
I missed the tour last time, so I'm all the more excited to go this week. Free pair of shoes for the first 100 girls? Yes please! Location: Asphalt. My favourite club! Meet me there. I'd love to get to know you guys. Oh and there are more prizes and goodies waiting ...

Forever 21 Opening



And last but not least, Forever21 is finally opening up its doors and I'm pretty excited about it. The City of Angels is spreading some love to Berlin and on top of that the first 300 visitors will receive a goodie bag and a gift voucher to spend at Forever21!

ADIDAS NEO STYLE CHALLENGE

Hey Guys,

I'm happy to show you the pictures of my collaboration with Adidas Neo: the Adidas Neo Style Challenge. I had the pleasure to participate and my task was to style myself and 3 of my friends for Adidas Neo. For this I was sent 4 pieces. First I was a little unsure of what exactly I wanted to do and what kind of looks to create because there is so much you can come up with. But I wanted to keep the Adidas Neo spirit and my looks and pictures in style of Adidas Neo, fun, quirky, young and in a way also incorporate their personal styles which is why I let them wear pieces from their own closets to finalize their looks.

Yesterday we met up to take the pictures. On top of roof top near Gleisdreieck, while listening to J.Cole and none stop laughing, Charlotte photographed us. It was so much fun! Also I just realized you've never really seen my 'real life' friends (read: none blogging) on my blog. So here they are! Some of them at least.

IPHONE DIARY: A DAY AS A MAKE UP MODEL

It's passed 2am but yesterday's not done for me yet. I woke up this morning and arrived at the Make Up School Chico Cihan 9 o'clock sharp. I played model for Verena whose task was to come up with a make up look for black girls. You won't believe how amazing my look turned out. And Verena was really quick as well. I had fun getting my make up done professionally. Honestly it kind of feels like a massage.. in the face. xD
I just came back from MCD Cosmetic's Spring Girls Beauty Night Out. It was my first time entering the store and I quickly fell in love with all the beauty products there. So much high quality products! But I'll talk to you about that later. Anyway I'm so ready to cuddle into cushions and call it a day. Haven't been out so early since my last school day.. Tomorrow is an exciting day! I'm shooting an exciting project you'll get to see very soon and I have a meeting. I'm talking business business!

HELLO SUMMER

I think summer has finally arrived. I'm wearing a maxi skirt I got from In Love with Fashion I never really got around to wear out. Here are the pictures I took with Cevan. I'm looking forward to more sunny days, shorts and skirts...
Oh and some great news: I'm finally done with school!

PRESS DAYS APRIL 2013

This season I did not rush to all Agencies. I checked out Ontime PR and discovered Zoeva, got a few products from Tony&Guy's hair meets wardrobe collection that I'm very eager to try out, stopped by Schröder&Schombs to visit Franklin&Marshall and had a closer look at Wranglers Spa Jeans and also checked out Urban Outfitters and G-Star (you know G-Star is special for me. The seasonal Bread & Butter fashion show is a must and a fashion week highlight for me!) plus also I got to see the upcoming collection from Aubade Paris up close. Love this brand since Vogue Fashion Night Out 2012. They've got the most amazing underwear. Finally I looked at top brands like Hugo Boss and Michael Kors, amazing of course!
